Wedding at Leixlip Manor Hotel

Ailish and David were looking forward to their wedding at Leixlip Manor Hotel. Their two boys Cillian and Rónan were on hand in the morning to oversee both Mum and Dad get ready in the house. With a spacious newly built house, David was able to get dressed there without seeing his beautiful bride in her dress. David took everything in his stride and when his first photo was to stand in a hall looking sideways in a mirror, he embraced it!!!

Cillian’s parents may have been having their wedding at Leixlip Manor Hotel but little Cillian had his priorities right. He did not want to miss his playschool in the morning. Though, he got back in time to get dressed and see his mum put on her wedding dress.

Ailish was keen to have her boys walk her up the aisle. As she said herself they were bringing mummy to daddy to their wedding at Leixlip Manor Hotel. Ailish and David had a lovely emotional spiritual ceremony in front of their 70 guests. When it came to the sand ceremony at Leixlip Manor Hotel, the boys were very enthusiastic and were more than ready to pour the sand into the glass vase.

We wanted to bring the 2 boys out with Ailish and David to get some family photos and that went smoothly. Then, it was time for my lovely couple at their wedding at Leixlip Manor Hotel to use the lovely walled garden as a backdrop. And you could not have timed it any worse, the heavens opened and we all were forced to shelter under a doorway. Only that Dearbhla agreed to run like lighting to the car to get an umbrella, we may have still been there! The newlyweds just were so happy it did not stop their smiles for the few photos we managed to gather in the break in the weather.

Time for some family photos then Ailish and David took some time out to enjoy the wedding reception at Leixlip Manor Hotel. With speeches before the meal, we documented them and left them to enjoy their meal and evening together with their nearest and dearest.
