Aoife & Damion Rathsallagh House

Autumn Sunset Wedding Rathsallagh House

Aoife and Damion couldn’t have picked a better day to enjoy their Autumn Sunset Wedding Rathsallagh House. Both of them got ready at Rathsallagh House and planned a first look in the gardens before the ceremony in the Orangerie.

With three amazing kids which form part of Team Chaos , the only one missing on the day was labrador Sam.  Dominic enjoyed jumping between mum and dad to see what was happening. He took on the task to relay messages to Aoife, a very important one too that he loved her before the planned first look at Rathsallagh House. We were just about to get organised for the first look when baby  Liam’s cuddly octopus went missing. Aoife said this was very important, so Damion just had to wait nervously in the gardens of Rathsallagh House until it was found!

I think Aoife was worth the wait. It was amazing to see their reactions to each other. You could see how both of them just relaxed when they got to see each other and realise this was the moment they would be at last sealing their love. We asked them to take a quick stroll around the gardens for a few wedding photos at Rathsallagh House. Poor Liam found it hard to keep up with mum and dad!

Aoife walked up the aisle herself to greet Damion who was overcome with a few tears. The guests enjoyed a personal ceremony by interfaith minister Mary Murphy in the Rathsallagh Orangerie. The guests came from countries such as Jamaica, Brazil, France, Morocco, Belgium and Germany.

The day was beginning to get cool but Aoife was won over by my persuasion to come out for a sunset photo at the Rathsallagh Tree. Such a lovely Autumn Sunset Wedding at Rathsallagh House. A day you could only dream of!

Then a big surprise for Damion, his family had sent online greetings to him instead of speeches. The poor lads must have had tired arms holding up the screen for the projector! Then time to kick back, take the high heels off, enjoy dinner, dancing and of course a stroll to the famous Rathsallagh Tree for a night time Rathsallagh Tree photo. Aoife and Damion enjoyed the calmness out by the tree and strolled hand in hand back to enjoy the rest of their Autumn sunset wedding at Rathsallagh House.
