Lovely Wedding at Cliff at Lyons

What a year for Aoife and Martin! A wedding and Aoife passed her driving test. So both of them can drive on their honeymoon in Cancun and California. Their wedding was so country chic, with Aoife’s family home on a farm in Co. Westmeath. The house was so full of character with cattle, outhouses, agas, wooden staircases, mahogany dressers, very Downton Abbey!

With their doggy Rio stealing the show, a must have prop in the bridal portraits before we left for the church in Mullingar. Meanwhile, the lads had a fun morning in Mullingar and were still doing last minute clothing adjustments outside the church.

After a lovely ceremony performed by their uncle Fr John Stapleton, the guests enjoyed a summer ice cream outside. The newleyweds were great sports and walked into the nearby meadow for some intimate photographs, so they deserved a well earned ice cream in the vintage wedding car afterwards before heading off to their wedding at Cliff at Lyons.

At Cliff at Lyons, Rio was available for another photoshoot, his agent Ian was there to oversee it all!!!Guests enjoyed drinks in the courtyard and orangerie while families and bridal party came around to the fountain. Aoife and Martin had time for a quick Chess Challenge before heading back to see the Mill Room and stunning cake. An amazing sun filled day with lots of laughter, dog treats, prosecco and cake. What better way to celebrate their day.
