Autumn Wedding at Raheen House

We all need a good news story. And when it comes to Caroline and Eric, they hit the jackpot.
Eric was diagnosed with kidney failure a few months ago and was on a waiting list for a donor, he got the best news ever last January -they found a donor match. So they were ready to celebrate their Autumn Wedding at Raheen House.

Caroline has been delivering wedding cakes to weddings at Raheen House for many years, and fell in love with the venue. So Caroline and Eric decided to have an autumn wedding at Raheen House.  And, it was only fitting that my first photo of the day alongside Greg, the videographer would be her amazing wedding cake! Four flavours of lemon, red velvet, vanilla and chocolate. A flavour to suit everyone.

The theme for the day was burgundy, dusty pinks and cremes with some sparkle thrown in. With professional decor, the ceremony room and dining room were a treat to see.

Caroline’s sparkly dress came from Asos, which complemented the flower girls. I loved the shell rattan chairs that Caroline and Eric got to sit in during their wedding ceremony at Raheen House.

With the amazing autumnal colours in the gardens at Raheen House, Caroline and Eric took a stroll. The pair of them are just comical together, and Eric had Caroline in stitches. It was so nice to see genuine smiles and laughter in their wedding photos at Raheen House.

After all the detail planning for the day, it was so nice to see my newlyweds sit back and toast each other at their top table. Job well done! Caroline may be an expert cake maker, but the icing on the cake for Caroline was marrying her Eric. I wish this lovely couple all the happiness in the world.
