Summer Wedding at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge

There must be a romantic movie in this story, Iryna and Robert met unexpectantly in the Luas and it was love at first sight.  Robert joked when they ended up at the back of the pub behind yellow and blue balloons, the national colours of the Ukraine where Iryna is from.  Wasn’t long before this happy couple planned their Summer Wedding at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge.

They chose to  enjoy their wedding ceremony at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge.  Very convenient to have a Dublin City Centre wedding as Robert too is originally from the Netherlands so many of the guests were travelling from abroad.

It was lovely to meet Iryna’s mum and sister who was bridesmaid and also Henry who is Robert’s brother.  They had a beautiful intimate wedding ceremony at Clayton Hotel with a ring warming before Iryna beamed the biggest smile I have ever seen when she showed off her wedding ring to the camera.

This Dublin wedding is a very special time for them both as Iryna is also expecting their first baby and it was magical to be able to do a quick maternity shoot when she was getting ready and see them both so happy showing off the small bump in her stunning wedding dress.

After some photos in the grounds at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, we headed off to Herbert Park and enjoyed a romantic stroll by the water and even met the local resident, the heron. Back at the hotel guests were enjoying a few summer drinks listening to the live music.
